The Champion Juicer utilises a mastication process, it chews the fibres and breaks up the cellulose fibre of vegetables and fruits. This gives you more fibre, enzymes, vitamins and trace minerals than any centrifugal juicer on the market. The results are a darker, richer colour of the juice and a sweeter, richer and more full-bodied flavour as a living juice retains the maximum nutrients and fibre available.

The masticating action of the Champion juicer turns the vegetable pulp into a ‘butter’. This pulp is then squeezed through the strainer, ensuring that the tiny fibre bearing particles in the fruits and vegetables aren’t prematurely oxidised or damaged. The Champion Juicer is designed to avoid destruction of essential vitamins, proteins and enzymes by using a slow turning cutter that prevents friction heat. Commercially produced juice has much of its nutritional value destroyed through its process and the resulting juice is acidic on the body as opposed to the desired alkaline effect from freshly made, cold pressed juice.
